Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 섬도가 0.01 내지 0.3 데니어이고 길이가 0.1 내지 1 mm인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT) 또는 폴리사이클로헥산디메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PHMT)로 이루어진 식모용 파일섬유로서,상기 파일섬유는 20 내지 500%의 가연율로 가연(false twist)처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 식모용 파일섬유.
- 삭제
- (a) 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT) 또는 폴리사이클로헥산디메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PHMT)로 이루어진 소정 섬도의 복합섬유 필라멘트를 20 내지 500%의 가연율로 가연(false twist)처리하고 토우(Tow)화하는 단계;(b) 상기 토우화된 복합섬유 필라멘트를 길이가 0.1 내지 1 mm인 파일섬유로 컷팅(cutting)하는 단계;(c) 상기 컷팅된 파일섬유를 수산화나트륨(NaOH) 용액으로 처리하여 섬도가 0.01 내지 0.3 데니어가 되도록 감량하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 감량된 파일섬유를 상압에서 염색하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 식모용 파일섬유의 제조방법.
