本发明属于布料加工技术领域,具体为一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
色丁是一种面料,也叫沙丁。通常有一面是很光滑的,亮度很好。丝线结构为井字形交织。外观和五枚缎、八枚缎相似,密度好于五枚缎、八枚缎。规格通常有75×100D,75×150D等原料:可以是棉,混纺的,或者涤纶,也有是纯化纤的,是面料的组织不同形成的;主要用于各类女装,睡衣面料或内衣的;该产品流行性广,光泽度悬垂感好,手感柔软有仿真丝效果。由于色丁面料其优秀的手感以及其较好的观感,且采用色丁面料制成的服装品质较好,导致色丁面料在服装领域尤其是女装领域得到了广泛的应用。
常见的色丁布料由基础面料制成,通过多种制作工艺最终得到了对应的色丁面料,采用这种方法制成的色丁面料虽然具备手感顺滑不易褶皱以及光泽度较好的优点,但部分色丁布料表面仍存在一定的毛刺,当其作为服装使用时,长时间与外部摩擦接触的部分容易因为毛刺的存在导致出现过度的磨损,进而造成破损的现象,同时采用化纤或纯棉制成的色丁布,由于原料自身较为易燃,导致实际使用时若色丁布料接触的火源时,例如接触到厨房的燃气灶的火源时,即使火源及时撤出,仍然会因为色丁面料的易燃性导致真个面料被点燃,发生迅速燃烧现象,不仅会局部损坏服装制品,同时较差的阻燃性能会有导致人员被烧伤的风险,亟需改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,包括中间基布,所述中间基布的顶端呈矩阵状开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的内部均镶嵌安装有阻燃颗粒,所述中间基布的上方设有第一面料层,所述中间基布的下方设有第二面料层,所述第一面料层和第二面料层的横截面面积以及厚度均相同,所述第一面料层的上方设有第一防护层,所述第二面料层的下方设有第二防护层;
包含以下制备方法:
S1:首先根据需要制备的布料大小选取合适规格的基底原材料作为中间基布的主要原材料;
S2:根据基底布料的大小按照矩阵状设计对应的安装孔的孔位,并利用布料激光打孔机对其进行打孔作业,得到成矩阵状开设有安装孔的中间基布;
S3:通过绣花机采用针织工艺对中间基布上所开设的安装孔将阻燃颗粒全部缝制在安装孔的内部,并保持阻燃颗粒的上下两端不凸出中间基布的表面且不凹于其表面,即保持阻燃颗粒和安装孔处于同一水平面上;
S4:根据基底中间基布的面积大小选取合适规格的涤纶丝,并采用缎面平纹变化纹理,同时利用喷气织机上下交织而成,制得位于中间基布上方的第一面料层以及位于中间基布下方的第二面料层,形成整体布料;
S5:根据整体布料的面积选取略大于其整体面积的材料作为第一防护层和第二防护层的主材料,并采用喷气织机完成第一防护层和第二防护层与中间基布之间的针织固定,完成面料的组装过程;
S6:将整体组装完成的面料整体浸渍含有阻燃剂的容器中,使得阻燃剂与纤维分子之间进行吸附,同时浸润时间不小于六个小时,完成浸润后自然风干六个小时;
S7:将阻燃剂混合在涂层剂中,经过涂层机将涂层剂敷于织物表面,使用烘干机烘干后涂层剂交联成膜;
S8:完成处理后将面料送入染色机进行染色,染色完成后对面料的表面进行刷毛和烧毛处理,后采用抛光处理;
S9:抛光处理后的面料经过退浆工序后去除表面残留的染色剂,同时再经过预缩工艺,增加面料的整体弹性,最终加入柔顺剂并利用高温蒸汽工艺完成面料的柔软处理工序。

本发明通过将布料采用多层材料复合而成,即在中间基布的内部通过镶嵌阻燃颗粒阻燃颗粒,使得中间层的原始材料具有一定的阻燃能力,同时在对整体面料进行处理过程中使用阻燃剂对面料进行浸润后,使得阻燃剂通过范德瓦耳斯力与纤维分子之间进行吸附,以及使用含有阻燃剂的涂层使得外层的纤维材料具有极高的阻燃效果,当其之间面对火源时不会产生明火,同时当火源立即撤出时布料自身可立即熄灭,有效提高了布料的阻燃性能,同时采用十字交叉且编织成网格状的第一面料层和第二面料层可有效提高布料的抗拉性能,防止布料变形,同时利用上下的第一防护层和第二防护层对布料进行全方位的防护,并利用润滑剂Lubsoft可有效降低布料的摩擦力,同时利用刷毛和烧毛工艺对布料表面的多余纤维进行了有效的去除,防止凸出纤维造成布料的磨损,同时采用抛光工艺可进一步降低布料表面的摩擦力,增加光泽度,而采用Saraglow-CL特种助剂则可去除布料表面的限位,采用Sarafeel-jy/Sarafeel-/特种有机硅复配物,能赋予织物柔软性和通过成膜提高搞起球性,采用Sarasoft-MR有机硅类聚合整理剂,有成膜性能,能提高布料耐磨性,Garfinish-As有抗起球和抗擦伤的特性,有效提高了布料整体的耐磨性,提高布料的整体使用寿命,适合高档服饰加工使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例中,一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,包括中间基布1,中间基布1的顶端呈矩阵状开设有安装孔2,安装孔2的内部均镶嵌安装有阻燃颗粒3,中间基布1的上方设有第一面料层4,中间基布1的下方设有第二面料层5,第一面料层4和第二面料层5的横截面面积以及厚度均相同,第一面料层4的上方设有第一防护层6,第二面料层5的下方设有第二防护层7;
包含以下制备方法:
S1:首先根据需要制备的布料大小选取合适规格的基底原材料作为中间基布1的主要原材料;
S2:根据基底布料的大小按照矩阵状设计对应的安装孔2的孔位,并利用布料激光打孔机对其进行打孔作业,得到成矩阵状开设有安装孔2的中间基布1;
S3:通过绣花机采用针织工艺对中间基布1上所开设的安装孔2将阻燃颗粒3全部缝制在安装孔2的内部,并保持阻燃颗粒3的上下两端不凸出中间基布1的表面且不凹于其表面,即保持阻燃颗粒3和安装孔2处于同一水平面上;
S4:根据基底中间基布1的面积大小选取合适规格的涤纶丝,并采用缎面平纹变化纹理,同时利用喷气织机上下交织而成,制得位于中间基布1上方的第一面料层4以及位于中间基布1下方的第二面料层5,形成整体布料;
S5:根据整体布料的面积选取略大于其整体面积的材料作为第一防护层6和第二防护层7的主材料,并采用喷气织机完成第一防护层6和第二防护层7与中间基布1之间的针织固定,完成面料的组装过程;
S6:将整体组装完成的面料整体浸渍含有阻燃剂的容器中,使得阻燃剂与纤维分子之间进行吸附,同时浸润时间不小于六个小时,完成浸润后自然风干六个小时;
S7:将阻燃剂混合在涂层剂中,经过涂层机将涂层剂敷于织物表面,使用烘干机烘干后涂层剂交联成膜;
S8:完成处理后将面料送入染色机进行染色,染色完成后对面料的表面进行刷毛和烧毛处理,后采用抛光处理;
S9:抛光处理后的面料经过退浆工序后去除表面残留的染色剂,同时再经过预缩工艺,增加面料的整体弹性,最终加入柔顺剂并利用高温蒸汽工艺完成面料的柔软处理工序。
如图4所示,中间基布1的原料为涤纶低弹丝,安装孔2为完全贯穿的圆孔,阻燃颗粒3为聚乙烯颗粒制成。
如图2和图3所示,第一面料层4和第二面料层5的内侧面分别与中间基布1的上下两端相接触,第一面料层4和第二面料层5为十字交叉性涤纶丝组成的网状结构,阻燃颗粒3位于网状结构的空隙内。
如图2所示,第一防护层6和第二防护层7的大小和厚度均相同,第一防护层6和第二防护层7的横截面面积大于中间基布1的整体横截面面积,第一防护层6和第二防护层7的外侧面分别对第一面料层4和第二面料层5的外侧面进行覆盖。
如图2和图3以及图4所示,阻燃颗粒3与涤纶低弹丝直接混合,并采用针织工艺补全安装孔2的空隙,阻燃颗粒3的整体数量小于第一面料层4和第二面料层5所组成的网格数量。
其中,阻燃剂采用有机阻燃剂,阻燃剂通过范德瓦耳斯力与纤维分子之间进行吸附,染色机采用喷射染色机,在进行染色前可在染色剂的内部加入润滑剂Lubsoft,在染色剂中采用活性染料替代传统染料,并采用结晶硫酸钠替代传统食盐,刷毛过程中需对布料的边缘进行剪毛操作,同时对布料表面进行刷毛操作,去除表面纤维和突出纤维,同时对布料的正反两面进行烧毛工序去除多余纤维,抛光工艺中采用Cellusof-L或生物酶作为抛光机对布料表面进行抛光处理,喷射染色过程中采用特种助剂Saraglow-CL/Sarafeel-jy/Sarafeel-763/特种有机硅复配物/Sarasoft-MR有机硅类聚合整理剂或Garfinish-As进行处理,成衣用转笼水洗,以去除表面纤维。

Claims (10)

1.一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,包括中间基布(1),其特征在于:所述中间基布(1)的顶端呈矩阵状开设有安装孔(2),所述安装孔(2)的内部均镶嵌安装有阻燃颗粒(3),所述中间基布(1)的上方设有第一面料层(4),所述中间基布(1)的下方设有第二面料层(5),所述第一面料层(4)和第二面料层(5)的横截面面积以及厚度均相同,所述第一面料层(4)的上方设有第一防护层(6),所述第二面料层(5)的下方设有第二防护层(7);
包含以下制备方法:
S1:首先根据需要制备的布料大小选取合适规格的基底原材料作为中间基布(1)的主要原材料;
S2:根据基底布料的大小按照矩阵状设计对应的安装孔(2)的孔位,并利用布料激光打孔机对其进行打孔作业,得到成矩阵状开设有安装孔(2)的中间基布(1);
S3:通过绣花机采用针织工艺对中间基布(1)上所开设的安装孔(2)将阻燃颗粒(3)全部缝制在安装孔(2)的内部,并保持阻燃颗粒(3)的上下两端不凸出中间基布(1)的表面且不凹于其表面,即保持阻燃颗粒(3)和安装孔(2)处于同一水平面上;
S4:根据基底中间基布(1)的面积大小选取合适规格的涤纶丝,并采用缎面平纹变化纹理,同时利用喷气织机上下交织而成,制得位于中间基布(1)上方的第一面料层(4)以及位于中间基布(1)下方的第二面料层(5),形成整体布料;
S5:根据整体布料的面积选取略大于其整体面积的材料作为第一防护层(6)和第二防护层(7)的主材料,并采用喷气织机完成第一防护层(6)和第二防护层(7)与中间基布(1)之间的针织固定,完成面料的组装过程;
S6:将整体组装完成的面料整体浸渍含有阻燃剂的容器中,使得阻燃剂与纤维分子之间进行吸附,同时浸润时间不小于六个小时,完成浸润后自然风干六个小时;
S7:将阻燃剂混合在涂层剂中,经过涂层机将涂层剂敷于织物表面,使用烘干机烘干后涂层剂交联成膜;
S8:完成处理后将面料送入染色机进行染色,染色完成后对面料的表面进行刷毛和烧毛处理,后采用抛光处理;
S9:抛光处理后的面料经过退浆工序后去除表面残留的染色剂,同时再经过预缩工艺,增加面料的整体弹性,最终加入柔顺剂并利用高温蒸汽工艺完成面料的柔软处理工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述中间基布(1)的原料为涤纶低弹丝,所述安装孔(2)为完全贯穿的圆孔,所述阻燃颗粒(3)为聚乙烯颗粒制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一面料层(4)和第二面料层(5)的内侧面分别与中间基布(1)的上下两端相接触,所述第一面料层(4)和第二面料层(5)为十字交叉性涤纶丝组成的网状结构,所述阻燃颗粒(3)位于网状结构的空隙内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一防护层(6)和第二防护层(7)的大小和厚度均相同,所述第一防护层(6)和第二防护层(7)的横截面面积大于中间基布(1)的整体横截面面积,所述第一防护层(6)和第二防护层(7)的外侧面分别对第一面料层(4)和第二面料层(5)的外侧面进行覆盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃颗粒(3)与涤纶低弹丝直接混合,并采用针织工艺补全安装孔(2)的空隙,所述阻燃颗粒(3)的整体数量小于第一面料层(4)和第二面料层(5)所组成的网格数量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂采用有机阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂通过范德瓦耳斯力与纤维分子之间进行吸附。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色机采用喷射染色机,在进行染色前可在染色剂的内部加入润滑剂Lubsoft,在染色剂中采用活性染料替代传统染料,并采用结晶硫酸钠替代传统食盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述刷毛过程中需对布料的边缘进行剪毛操作,同时对布料表面进行刷毛操作,去除表面纤维和突出纤维,同时对布料的正反两面进行烧毛工序去除多余纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述抛光工艺中采用Cellusof-L或生物酶作为抛光机对布料表面进行抛光处理。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种阻燃耐磨色丁布料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷射染色过程中采用特种助剂Saraglow-CL/Sarafeel-jy/Sarafeel-763/特种有机硅复配物/Sarasoft-MR有机硅类聚合整理剂或Garfinish-As进行处理,成衣用转笼水洗,以去除表面纤维。
