Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 1의 유기 전계 발광 소자용 적색 발광 화합물.[화학식 1]상기 식에서,X 는 을 나타내며,R1, R2 및 R3 은 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 2, 화학식 3 또는 화학식 4의 그룹을 나타낸다.[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4]상기 식들에서,R4, R5 및 R6 은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 할로겐기, 치환 혹은 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환 혹은 비치환된 알킬기, 또는 치환 혹은 비치환된 아릴기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 화합물이 하기 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 화합물.
- 발광 영역을 포함하는 유기 박막층이 제 1 전극(양극)과 제 2 전극(음극) 사이에 설치되는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서, 상기 유기 박막층의 구성층 중 적어도 1층이 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에서 정의된 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 1 종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 유기 박막층은 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 발광층, 전자수송층 및 전자주입층의 다층 구조임을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에서 청구하는 화합물을 발광층의 도판트로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에서 청구하는 화합물을 발광층의 호스트로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에서 청구하는 화합물을 발광층의 호스트 및 도판트로 혼용해서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
