Description
Claims (6)
- 투명성 절연기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 기판 상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계;상기 블랙매트릭스에 의해 정의된 각 서브 픽셀 내에 레드, 그린 및 블루 컬러필터들을 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러필터들 및 블랙매트릭스 상에 오버코팅층을 형성하는 단계;상기 오버코팅층 상에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막을 식각하여 기판 가장자리 영역의 오버코팅층 상에 스톱퍼를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 스톱퍼의 측면과 접촉하도록 오버코팅층 상에 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 컬러필터 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극은 스톱퍼의 상부와 측면이 접하도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스톱퍼의 폭은 기판 가장자리 영역에 형성된 블랙매트릭스 폭의 1/2를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스톱퍼는 기판 가장자리 영역에 형성된 블랙매트릭스 상에 형성하며, 블랙매트릭스 위치 중심에서 1/2를 벗어나지 않도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스톱퍼는 빛에 대한 투과율이 50%이상의 수지층을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 물질은 ITO인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
