Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식(1)로 표현되는 산에스터 비닐 모노머 20 내지 50중량부, 및 하기 화학식(2)로 표현되는 아크릴릭 또는 메타크릴릭 모노머 50 내지 80중량부가 랜덤하게 선형으로 배열된 에멀젼 수지.(상기 화학식(1)에 있어서, R1, R2 및 R3중 적어도 하나는 메틸기이고 R1, R2 및 R3의 총탄소수는 8∼12개 범위이다)(상기 화학식(2)에 있어서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이고, R2는 탄소수가 1∼8개 범위의 알킬기이며 하이드록시기, 카르복실기 및 아마이드기를 포함하는 극성기를 포함한다)

- 계면활성제의 총사용량 중 20 내지 50 중량% 및 pH 조절제를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;별도의 반응기에 하기 화학식(1)로 표현되는 산에스터 비닐 모노머 20 내지 50 중량부, 하기 화학식(2)로 표현되는 아크릴릭 또는 메타크릴릭 모노머 50 내지 80 중량부 및 상기 계면활성제의 나머지량을 혼합하여 프리에멀젼을 제조하는 단계;얻어지는 프리에멀젼에 개시제의 총사용량 중 20 내지 50 중량%를 첨가하고 혼합하여 균일화된 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;상기 제2 혼합물중 약 5 내지 15 중량% 및 상기 개시제의 나머지량을 상기 제1 혼합물에 첨가하여 에멀젼 핵을 제조하는 단계;얻어지는 결과물에 상기 제2 혼합물의 나머지량을 적하하면서 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 아크릴릭 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.(상기 화학식(1)에 있어서, R1, R2 및 R3중 적어도 하나는 메틸기이고 R1, R2 및 R3의 총탄소수는 8∼12개 범위이다)(상기 화학식(2)에 있어서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이고, R2는 탄소수가 1∼8개 범위의 알킬기이며 하이드록시기, 카르복실기 및 아마이드기를 포함하는 극성기를 포함한다)
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제의 사용량은 0.1 내지 5 중량부 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 개시제의 사용량은 0.1 내지 2 중량부 범위이며 암모늄퍼설페이트 및 칼륨퍼설페이트중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 pH 조절제의 사용량은 0.1 내지 1 중량부 범위이며, 아황산나트륨, 황산나트륨, 탄산나트륨 및 중탄산나트륨 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 음이온계 계면활성제이고 이의 친수성 부분은 암모니움설폰산염 및 나트륨설폰산염중어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 비이온계 계면활성이고 이의 친수성 부분이 폴리옥시에틸렌을 6 내지 40몰 범위로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
