Claims (5)
- 엔진의 흡기 매니폴드와 연결되어 상기 흡기 매니폴드로부터 혼합기를 연소실로 안내하도록 실린더 헤드에 형성된 엔진의 흡기포트 구조에 있어서,상기 흡기포트는,일단의 입구부에서부터 면적이 줄어들어 소정 부분에서 면적이 최소가 되며, 다시 면적이 타단부까지 일정하게 증가되도록 하여, 혼합기가 분사된 후 상기 혼합기의 유속이 35∼45%까지 증가되어 연료 알갱이가 관성을 가지며 무화되도록 이루어지되,상기 면적이 최소가 되는 지점은 상기 입구부에서부터 약 40∼50mm 지점인 곳에 형성되고, 상기 40∼50mm 지점에서의 혼합기의 유속은 75∼90m/sec이며, 상기 40∼50mm 지점이 지난 후부터는 2차 완전 무화가 가능한 유속이 형성되도록 단면적이 증가되게 형성되고,동시에 상기 흡기포트의 단면 형상은, 출력 저하를 줄이기 위해 최대한의 원형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 흡기포트 구조.
