Claims (7)
- pH 가 2 이하로 되는 양의 무기산과, 0.05 내지 4 g/ℓ의 산화형 금속이온 및 0.05 내지 10 g/ℓ의 하기 식 (Ⅰ)R-O-(EO)nH (Ⅰ)[식중, R 은 1 분자평균 10 내지 18 개의 탄소원자로 이루어지는 알킬기이고, n 은 8 이상의 정수이며 ; EO 는 소량의 프로필렌옥시드기를 함유할 수도 있는 에틸렌옥시드기이다.] 으로 표현되는 계면활성제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 금속용 세정수용액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식 (Ⅰ) 으로 표현되는 계면활성제의 R 이 1 분자평균 12 내지 18 이고, 분자량이 600 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정수용액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식 (Ⅰ) 으로 표현되는 계면활성제의 R 이 1 분자평균 12 내지 18 이고, 분자량이 900 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정수용액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화형 금속이온은 제 2 철 이온 (Fe3+), 메타바나딘산이온 (VO3-), 제 2 세륨이온 (Ce4+), 코발트이온 (Co5+) 및 제 2 주석 이온 (Sn4+) 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정수용액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 킬레이트 분산제, 분해방지제, 거품 제거제 중에서 1 종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정수용액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세정수용액을 사용하는 알루미늄의 세정공정에서, 산화제 또는 산화제와 산화형 금속이온을 보급함으로써 세정수용액중의 산화형 금속이온 농도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄의 세정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세정수용액에 의한 세정공정을 거쳐 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 제품.
