Claims (2)
- 차량 및 산업용 단층 고강성 발포 제진 시이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리부타디엔 2~10중량%, 탄산칼슘 10~20중량%, 브라운아스팔트(Blown Asphalt) 10~40중량%, 운모(mica) 10~40중량%, 화이버 2~5중량%, 가황조제 1~2중량%, 경화제 0.1~0.5중량%, 발포제 0.5~3중량%의 조성비로 상기 조성물질들을 칭량한 다음, 혼합기에서 상기 조성물질들을 70∼120℃로 가열하여 5분 이내로 충분히 교반한 후, 시이트성형기(온도 65~100℃)를 사용하여 두께 1~6mm로 시이트 성형한 다음, 제조된 시이트는 컨베어에 의해 이동되어 냉각머신을 통과하면서 냉각되어 온도는 50℃이하에서 형상타발 공정을 수행한 후, 통상의 방법으로 포장하는 공정에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 및 산업용 단층 고강성 발포 제진 시이트의 제조방법.
- 단층 고강성 발포 제진 시이트에 있어서, 폴리부타디엔 2~10중량%, 탄산칼슘 10~20중량%, 브라운아스팔트(Blown Asphalt) 10~40중량%, 운모(mica) 10~40중량%, 화이버 2~5중량% , 가황조제 1~2중량%, 경화제 0.1~0.5중량%, 발포제 0.5~3%의 조성비로 조성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 단층 고강성 발포 제진 시이트 조성물.
