Claims (6)
- 각각 다른 색상의 안료가 첨가된 2종 이상의 액상수지를 2개 이상의 공급구를 통해 각각 공급하고;상기 공급된 2종 이상의 액상수지를 공급구와 배출구 중간에 설치된 라인 믹서(1)에서 부분적으로 혼합시키고;상기 부분적으로 혼합된 액상수지 혼합물을 직교 1축 로봇 장치(8)에 연결되어 좌우로의 이동, 이동 속도의 조절 및 일정 시간동안 정지가 가능한 배출구 노즐(5)을 통해 이동식 스틸벨트(4)에 공급하고; 그리고배출구 노즐을 스틸벨트의 지정된 위치에서 일정시간 정지시켜 액상수지가 번지게 하여 불규칙한 무늬를 형성시키는;단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 수지는 메틸메타크릴레이트와 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 혼합한 시럽, 충진제, 가교제, 경화제 및 안료로 이루어지며 400-70,000 cps의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라인믹서(1)는 케닉스 형이며, 엘리먼트 수는 8개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출구 노즐(5)은 스틸 벨트의 지정된 위치에서 일정시간 정지시켜 액상수지가 번지게 하여 천연 질감을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 2개 이상의 액상수지 공급구와 단일의 액상수지 배출구 노즐을 가지며, 상기 공급구와 배출구 노즐 중간에 액상수지를 부분적으로 혼합시키는 라인믹서(1)으로 이루어지고, 상기 배출구는 제어장치에 연결되어 좌우로 움직이며 스틸벨트의 지정된 위치에서 일정 시간동안 정지하면서 액상 수지를 이동식 스틸벨트(4)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제조장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 라인 믹서(1)는 케닉스 형이며, 엘리먼트 수는 8개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제조장치.
