Claims (4)
- 질소산화물, 황산화물, VOC 등과 같은 대기오염물질을 처리하는 장치에 있어서,유입구가 형성된 상부덕트(1)를 상부 플랜지(2)를 통하여 다단으로 형성된 반응기 본체(3)에 연결시키고 배출구가 형성된 하부덕트(5)를 하부 플랜지(6)를 통하여 반응기 본체(3')에 연결시키며 각 반응기 본체(3)(3') 내부에는 막대형 전극(7)(7')이 형성된 하부지지체(8)(8')에 상부지지체(9)(9')가 결합되고 지지체의 내부는 촉매(C)를 장입시키고, 상하부에는 메쉬(10)(10')와 와이어(11)(11')를 설치한 촉매접지전극(A)과 촉매방전전극(B)을 삽입시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매내장형 다단 저온플라즈마 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응기 본체(3)(3')는 테프론, 알루미나, 세라믹으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나로 제작하고, 촉매전극(A)(B)은 스테인레스, 테프론, 알루미나, 세라믹으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나로 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매내장형 다단 저온플라즈마 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매전극(A)(B)의 원통내부에는 하니컴(Hyneycomb)형태나 입자상 형태 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태를 가진 촉매(C)가 장입되고, 여기에 사용되는 촉매는 Cu/ZSM-5계 촉매, 광촉매계, 혼합광촉매, SCR촉매 및 산화촉매로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매내장형 다단 저온플라즈마 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매접지전극(A)과 촉매방전전극(B)은 직렬로 연결시켜 반응기의 용량을 용이하게 조절시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매내장형 다단 저온플라즈마 반응기.
