Claims (5)
- 고정자(stator) 전극 및 상기 고정자 전극을 덮도록 형성된 유전체 층을 갖는 고정자;및상기 고정자 상에 회전 가능하게 배치되며, 하면에 상기 유전체 층의 표면에 접하는 회전자(rotor) 전극을 돌출 형성한 도전성 회전자;를 구비한 가변 커패시터로서,상기 회전자 전극을, 회전자의 회전중심과 중심이 같은 실질적인 반원형상의 주전극과, 회전자의 회전중심과 중심이 같으며 또한 주전극보다 직경이 작은 실질적인 반원형상의 보조전극을 대향시켜 일체화한 전극형상으로 하고,상기 고정자 전극을, 상기 회전자의 회전에 따라 상기 주전극과 유전체 층을 사이에 두고 대향 가능하며, 또한 상기 회전자의 회전위치에 관계없이 상기 보조전극과 대향하지 않는 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자 전극은 상기 회전자의 회전중심을 중심으로 하며, 회전자 전극의 주전극의 외측 둘레보다 직경이 작고, 보조전극의 외측 둘레보다 직경이 큰 원호형상의 내측 둘레를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 상면에는 조정용 공구를 걸어맞추는 걸어맞춤 홈이 형성되며, 상기 회전자 전극의 보조전극은 상기 걸어맞춤 홈의 최장 칫수보다 큰 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가변 커패시터는 상기 회전자 전극을 유전체 층의 표면에 압착, 접촉시키는 스프링 수단을 더 구비하며,상기 스프링 수단은 상기 회전자의 상면을, 회전자의 회전중심을 중심으로 하여 둥근 고리 형상으로 가압하는 누름부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터.
