Claims (5)
- 감온재(7)가 동작 온도에서 용융되어 압축 스프링(9)을 언로드(unload) 하고, 압축 스프링(9)이 신장됨으로서, 압축 스프링(9)에 의해 가압 접촉되어 있던 가동 전극(4)과 리드선(2)이 격리되어 전류를 차단하는 온도 퓨즈에 있어서,상기 가동 전극(4)의 재료는 Ag를 99 내지 8O중량부와 Cu를 1 내지 2O중량부 포함하는 조성의 합금을 내부 산화 처리를 행함으로서 얻어지고, 해당 재료 표층의 산화물 희박층의 두께가 5㎛ 이하이고, 재료중의 산화물 입자의 평균 입경이 0.5 내지 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,내부 산화 처리를 산소 분압 0.3 내지 2MPa로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가동 전극(4)의 재료는 Ag를 99 내지 80중량부, Cu를 1 내지 20중량부, 또한 Sn 또는 In의 적어도 1종을 0.1 내지 5중량부 포함하는 조성의 합금을 내부 산화 처리를 행함으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가동 전극(4)의 재료는 Ag를 99 내지 80중량부, Cu를 1 내지 20중량부, 또한Fe, Co, Ni 및 Ti로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 0.01 내지 1중량부 포함하는 조성의 합금을 내부 산화 처리를 행함으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가동 전극(4)의 재료는 Ag를 99 내지 80중량부, Cu를 1 내지 20중량부, Sn 또는 In의 적어도 1종을 0.1 내지 5중량부, 또한 Fe, Co, Ni 및 Ti로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 0.01 내지 1중량부 포함하는 조성의 합금을 내부 산화 처리를 행함으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
