Claims (2)
- 선단부 측벽에 중심노즐과 주위노즐로 이루어진 중합분사노즐, 그 상부에 방사상으로 천공된 복수개의 홈구멍을 갖는 지중(地中)압력 조정부 및 그 상부에 하방경사(下方傾斜) 분사노즐이 설치된 주입로드(rod)를 대상지반(對象地盤)의 소정 깊이까지 삽입하는 단계;상기 중합분사노즐의 중심노즐로부터 고압의 경화재 분사류와, 주위노즐로부터 저압의 청수(淸水) 분사류에 의한 캐비테이션 분사류를 분사하는 단계;상기 캐비테이션 분사류의 분사시에, 상기 캐비테이션 분사류의 확산을 억제함과 함께 주입로드 주변의 상승 지중압력을 상기 지중압력조정부로 흡인하도록 상기 하방경사분사노즐로부터 고압의 청수 분사류를 상기 지중압력조정부의 상부측으로 하방경사지게 분사하는 단계;상기 주입로드를 회전시켜 후퇴시킴으로써 대상 지반속에 경화재층을 조성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반경화층 조성공법.
- 대상지반(對象地盤)의 소정 깊이까지 삽입하여 청수와 경화재 분사류를 분사하는 주입로드와, 상기 주입로드를 지지하여 전진후퇴 및 회전구동하도록 전진후퇴기구와 회전구동기구를 구비한 구동기구를 구비하는 지반경화층 조성장치에 있어서,상기 주입로드는, 그 선단부 측벽에 형성되어 고압의 경화재 분사류와 저압의 청수(淸水) 분사류에 의한 캐비테이션 분사류를 분사하도록 중심노즐과 주위노즐로 이루어진 중합분사노즐;상기 중합분사노즐의 상부에 방사상으로 천공된 복수개의 홈구멍을 갖는 지중압력 조정부;상기 캐비테이션 분사류의 확산을 억제하도록 상기 지중압력 조정부의 상부에 하방 경사지게 형성된 하방경사분사노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반경화층 조성장치.
