Claims (3)
- 전기자동차에 있어서,주 동력원인 배터리와;상기 배터리의 온도, 주변 온도, 충전상태(SOC), 전압/전류 등의 모니터링 관리정보를 상위 제어기측에 제공하는 BMS와;전기자동차에 구비되는 모든 제어기를 총괄적으로 제어하는 CEU와;시스템 부하의 급상승이나 시스템 오프시 배터리와 부하간의 전압/전류 공급을 차단하는 SDU와;구동력을 발생하는 모터와;상기 모터의 구동각을 검출하여 그에 대한 위상 신호를 피드백 정보로 제공하는 위상 검출기를 포함하며,MCU내에 구비되고, 모터의 슬립 이득과 위상을 피드백 검출하여, 위상의 사인함수에 슬립 이득을 곱 연산하여 보정계수를 산출하는 보정계수 추출부와;기본 슬립 주파수에 상기 산출된 보정계수를 가산하여 리플이 상쇄되는 값을 산출하는 연산기와;상기 연산기를 통해 산출된 값으로부터 보정을 위한 슬립 주파수를 추출하는 슬립 주파수 추출부와;상기 추출된 슬립 주파수에 대한 회전 좌표계를 정지 좌표계로 변환시켜 모터 공급되는 상전류를 결정하는 좌표 변환부로 구성되는 슬립 보정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 모터 슬립 제어장치.

- 모터의 위상과 슬립 이득을 검출하는 과정과;상기 검출되는 모터 위상의 사인함수에 슬립 이득을 곱 연산하여 보정계수를 산출하는 과정과;기본 슬립 주파수에 상기 산출된 보정계수를 감가산하여 제어를 위한 슬립 주파수를 추출하는 과정과;상기 추출된 제어 슬립 주파수를 정지 좌표계로 변환하여 상전류 제어하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 모터 슬립 제어방법.
