Claims (4)
- 이송컨베이어(4)를 통해 슈트(1)의 내부로 공급된 건설폐기물(a)이 하부로 낙하되도록 구성하고, 상기 슈트(1)에 결합된 에어공급부(2)로 부터 토출되는 에어가 하부로 낙하되는 건설폐기물(a)에 공급되어 그 속에 포함된 이물질이 분리되도록 구성하고, 분리된 이물질이 슈트(1)에 결합된 이물질 배출구(14)를 통해 함체(6)로 선별되도록 구성된 건설폐기물의 이물질 선별장치(A)에 있어서,상기 슈트(1)는 루버(12)가 고정된 투입구(11)를 갖는 슈트몸체(13)의 하단양측에 걸림턱(131)(131')을 형성하여 프레임(16) 상부에 끼워져 결합되도록 구성하고, 상기 슈트몸체(13)의 하부 일측에 소정 길이의 가이드(141)를 갖는 이물질 배출구(14) 및 그 타측에 관통된 형태의 건설폐기물 배출구(15)를 구성하고, 상기 가이드(141) 및 건설폐기물 배출구(15) 사이의 슈트몸체(13) 내측에 제 1댐퍼(3)를 구성하되, 상기 제 1댐퍼(3)는 슈트몸체(13)의 양측에 형성된 제 1힌지공(31) 및 제 2힌지공(31') 사이로 끼워진 댐퍼축(32)에 댐퍼패널(33)이 결합되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건설폐기물의 이물질 선별장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 에어공급부(2)는 제 1흡입구(211)를 갖는 블로워(21)의 제 1토출구 (212)가 덕트(22)에 결합되도록 구성하되, 상기 덕트(22)는 연결관(221) 양측으로 직사각형태의 유도관(222)이 결합되도록 구성하고, 상기 유도관(222)의 하부에 다수개의 노즐(23)(23')이 고정되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건설폐기물의 이물질 선별장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 연결관(221)은 하나의 제 2유입구(221a) 및 복수개의 제 2토출구 (221b)(221b')를 갖는 T형태로 구성하고, 상기 제 2유입구(221a)에 손잡이(222d)를 갖는 제 2댐퍼(222c)가 결합되도록 구성하되, 상기 제 2토출구 (221b)(221b')는 유도관(222)의 지름에 비해 더 넓게 형성되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건설폐기물의 이물질 선별장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼축(32)은 탄성편(341)을 갖는 핸들(34)이 결합되도록 구성하되, 상기 탄성편(341)은 제 1힌지공(31) 주위에 일정 간격으로 형성된 위치결정홈 (35)(35')에 선택적으로 결합되어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건설폐기물의 이물질 선별장치.
