Claims (7)
- 중앙터널(10)의 상부를 굴착하는 단계(130), 중앙터널(10)의 하부를 굴착하는 단계(135), 중앙터널(10)을 관통하고 중간벽체(20)를 철근을 조립하여 콘크리트를 타설하여 형성하고 중간벽체(20) 상부의 틈을 그라우팅하는 단계(140), 좌측 메인터널(30)의 상부를 굴착하는 단계(145), 우측 메인터널(40)의 상부를 굴착하는 단계(150), 좌측 메인터널(30)의 하부를 굴착하는 단계(155), 우측 메인터널(40)의 하부를 굴착하는 단계(160)로 이뤄지는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 시공방법에 있어서,중간벽체(20)에 물이 고이는 배수저점(Low point)이 형성되지 않도록 중간벽체(20)의 양측면에 드레인보드(50)와 방수막(60)을 거치하고, 그 표면에 라이닝 콘크리트(70)를 타설하는 단계(165)를 포함하여 배수가 드레인보드(50)와 배수관(65)을 통하여 원활히 되도록 하고 잔류수압을 배제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 공법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간벽체(20)의 외측은 H형강(80)을 장착하고 내측은 유선형의 강판(95)을 장착하며 상기 H형강(80)과 유선형의 강판(95)사이에 지지 트러스앵글빔(85)을 장착한 철재거푸집(100)을 설치한 후 구간별로 한번에 기초에서 상부까지(1회에 1롯드) 콘크리트를 타설하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 공법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 철재거푸집(100)이 중간벽체(20)의 양측에 설치된 레일(110)을 따라 터널의 길이방향으로 이동하며 구간별로 중간벽체(20)를 연속적으로 콘크리트를 타설할 수 있는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 공법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 구간별로 콘크리트를 타설시 철재거푸집(100)의 유선형강판(95)의 측면에 진동기(105)를 설치하여 콘크리트의 밀실한 타설을 가능케하는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 공법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간벽체(20)를 시공완료 후 좌우 메인터널(30,40)의 굴착 발파시 중간벽체(20)의 손상을 방지하기 위해 중간벽체(20) 시공시 사용된 레일(110)을 그대로 이용하여 하단에 롤러(115)가 장착된 방호 철망틀(117)을 발파구간을 따라 이동하며 발파하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰리아치 굴착터널의 공법.
