Claims (9)
- 엔진 배기관(2)에 설치된 촉매(3),상기 촉매(3)로 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도를 검출하는 A/F 센서(4), 및엔진 운전 상태에 따라 촉매(3)의 산소흡수/방출률을 설정하고,상기 검출된 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도와 산소흡수/방출률을 이용하여 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량을 연산하고,연산된 산소흡수량에 기초해, 상기 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량이 소정의 목표치가 되도록 엔진의 목표 공연비를 연산하도록 프로그램된 마이크로프로세서(6)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(6)는, 엔진 운전 상태로서 촉매(3)의 온도를 검출하며, 이 검출된 온도에 따라 산소흡수/방출률을 설정하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(6)는, 엔진 운전 상태로서 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량에 따라 산소흡수/방출률을 설정하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(6)는, 흡수/방출률이 빠른 고속성분과 흡수방출속도가 고속성분보다도 느린 저속성분으로 분리하여 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량을 연산하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(6)는, 적어도 고속성분의 최대 산소흡수량을 학습하며, 이 학습된 최대 산소흡수량이 기준치 이하일 때 촉매(3)가 악화되었다고 판정하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(6)는, 촉매(3)에서의 배기의 공연비가 소정의 편차를 실행하는 동안 촉매(3)로 유입하는 산소량과 촉매(3)로부터 유출하는 산소량에 기초하여 최대 산소흡수량을 연산하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센서(4)는 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도를 배기 특성으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 엔진 배기관(2)에 설치된 촉매(3)와,상기 촉매(3)로 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도를 연속적으로 검출하는 검출수단(4)과,엔진 운전 상태에 따라 촉매의 산소흡수/방출률을 설정하는 수단(6)과,상기 검출된 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도와 산소흡수/방출률을 이용하여 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량을 연산하는 수단(6)과,연산된 산소흡수량에 기초해, 상기 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량이 소정의 목표치가 되도록 엔진의 목표 공연비를 연산하는 수단(6)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 엔진의 배기관에 촉매를 갖는 엔진의 목표 공연비 연산 방법에 있어서,엔진 운전 상태에 따라 촉매(3)의 산소흡수/방출률을 설정하는 단계와,상기 검출된 배기가스의 공연비 또는 산소농도와 산소흡수/방출률을 이용하여 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량을 연산하는 단계와,연산된 산소흡수량에 기초해, 상기 촉매(3)의 산소흡수량이 소정의 목표치가 되도록 엔진의 목표 공연비를 연산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 목표 공연비 연산 방법.
