Claims (3)
- 외부에서 입력된 인에이블 신호에 의해 순차적으로 래치 신호를 출력하는 시프트 레지스터;데이터를 패치하는 구간에 따라 인에이블 신호를 출력하는 제어 수단;상기 제어 수단에서 인에이블 신호를 입력받으면, 외부에서 데이터를 입력받아 순차적으로 출력하는 복수개의 입력 버퍼;복수개의 래치를 구비하고, 상기 복수개의 래치는, 상기 시프트 레지스터에서 래치 신호를 입력받아 순차적으로 활성화되며, 활성화된 래치에 의해 순차적으로 상기 입력 버퍼에서 출력된 데이터를 입력받아 유지하는 복수개의 래치부;상기 복수개의 래치부에서 데이터를 입력받아 아날로그 비디오 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 디지털-아날로그 변환 수단; 및상기 디지털-아날로그 변환 수단에서 입력된 비디오 신호를 전압 레벨은 그대로 유지하면서 전류 구동 능력을 증가시켜서 출력하는 출력 버퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저전력 소스 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 입력 버퍼의 개수는, n - n은 2이상의 정수 - 개이고, 상기 복수개의 래치부의 개수는 n개인것을 특징으로 하는 저전력 소스 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 래치부 내에 각각 장착된 래치의 개수 N은, 하기 수학식[수학식 1]에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 저전력 소스 구동 장치.
