Claims (4)
- 내부 자속밀도가 1000 G(gauss)가 되도록 착자되어지되 N극과 S극이 각각 1/2씩 착자되고 전면으로 핀홀(121)이 형성된 링형상으로 이루어진 Nd-Fe-B 성분의 환형자석(120);내부에 환형자석(120)이 삽입되어 안착되는 환형자석 안착홈(132)이 형성되고, 환형자석(120)의 핀홀(121)을 거쳐 핀(110)이 고정되도록 다른 핀홀(131)이 형성된 환형자석 홀더(130)로 이루어진 회전자(100);환형자석(120)이 회전함에 따른 자기장의 방향 변화에 의하여 발생되는 전류의 세기 또는 자기장의 세기를 검지하는 센서소자(140);센서소자(140)가 내부에 내장되고 센서소자 바디(142)의 전방으로 돌출되며, 환형자석(120)의 중심에 위치하는 센서소자 하우징(141); 및센서소자 하우징(141)이 일체형으로 고정되는 센서소자 바디(142)로 이루어진 고정자(200)로 구성되며,회전자(100)가 고정자(200)를 중심으로 회전할 때에 변화되는 자기력에 따라 그 회전각을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 자석을 이용한 비접촉식 센서.
