Claims (3)
- 상부에 뚜껑(12)을 구비하고 내부에 채워진 배양수상에 pH센서(16)와 분산기(18)가 설치된 투명한 아크릴재질의 배양수조(10); 상기 배양수조(10)가 다수개가 장착되고 그 배양수조(10)에 빛을 공급하는 다수의 형광등(22)이 구비된 배양수조틀(20); 에어와 이산화탄소를 혼합하여 상기 분산기(18)를 통해 상기 배양수조(10)에 공급함으로써 배양수의 pH를 조절하는 pH조절기(24); 상기 pH조절기(24)에 에어필터(32)를 매개로 정화된 에어를 연속적으로 공급하는 에어펌프(30); 및 상기 pH조절기(24)에 이산화탄소를 공급하는 CO2탱크(34); 를 포함한 미세조류용 고밀도 배양장치에 있어서,상기 에어펌프(30)와 CO2탱크(34)에서 나오는 에어량와 이산화탄소량을 조절하여 상기 pH조절기(24)로 공급하는 에어/CO2조절기(26)를 더 포함하고,상기 pH조절기(24)는 에어와 이산화탄소를 믹싱시키는 믹싱탱크(25)와, 이 믹싱탱크(25)에 공급되는 이산화탄소를 선택적으로 차단하는 솔레노이드밸브(26) 및, 상기 pH센서(16)의 신호를 받아 pH를 조절하는 컨트롤러(27)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세조류용 고밀도 배양장치.
