Claims (8)
- A) 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 100 중량부, B) 틴계 가교제 0.1 내지 0.4 중량부,C) 탄산칼슘 50 내지 75 중량부,D) 유리섬유 75 내지 125 중량부로 이루어지는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조함에 있어, 상기 (A)성분 및 (B)성분을 혼합물 온도가 280 내지 300℃ 이고, 그 길이가 3 내지 20D 인 이축 압출기(10)의 제 1영역에 투입시키고, 이어서 상기 제 1영역 내의 혼합물이 냉각되지 않은 상태에서 상기 (C)성분을 온도가 310 내지 330℃이고, 길이가 5 내지 20D 인 이축 압출기(10)의 제 2영역에 투입시킨 다음, 제 2영역 내의 혼합물이 냉각되지 않은 상태에서 상기 (D)성분을 온도가 310 내지 340℃이고, 길이가 5 내지 20D인 이중 압출기(10)의 제 3 영역에 투입시키는 단계로 구성되는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지는 p-페닐렌 설파이드 반복 단위가 80몰% 이상이고, 용융 지수가 305℃, 2160g의 하중에서 10 내지 300g/10분인 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄산칼슘은 1.7 미크론의 평균 입경을 갖는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분의 혼합물은 이중 압출기의 제 1 영역의 투입구에서 분사 투입시켜 압출시키는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분은 이중 압출기의 제 2 영역의 투입구에서 분사 투입시켜 압출시키는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 성분은 이중 압출기의 제 3 영역의 투입구에 분사 투입시켜 압출시키는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분의 혼합물을 이중 압출기(10)의 측부에 사이드 피더(11,12)를 설치하여 공급하는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 성분은 이중 압출기의 측부에 사이드 피더(13)를 설치하여 공급하는 것인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
