Claims (7)
- ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing) 공정에 있어서, 시편인 탄소강과 ECAP 강가공 다이의 온도를 200 내지 720℃로 가열함으로써, 결정립의 크기가 3㎛ 이하이고, 탄화물이 페라이트 기지내로 균일하게 분산된 미세구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 ECAP 강가공 다이의 형상이, 출구부분의 길이는 입구부분의 길이보다 짧고 출구부분의 하부 길이는 상부 길이보다 짧은 비대칭형인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 ECAP 강가공된 강재를 400 내지 600℃에서 1 내지 72 시간 동안 등온 열처리 또는 단계 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소강 재료에 V, Ti, Nb, W 등의 합금 원소를 하나 또는 둘 이상으로 각각 0.01 내지 0.4%로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 합금원소를 함유한 상기 탄소강 재료의 조성이 C: 0.10 내지 0.90%, Si: 0.05 내지 0.35%, Mn: 0.6 내지 1.65%, V: 0.01 내지 0.35%, Nb: 0.01 내지 0.35%, Ti: 0.01 내지 0.35%, W: 0.01 내지 0.15% (나머지 함량은 Fe가 차지함)인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 ECAP 강가공을 450 내지 650℃의 고온에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된, 페라이트 결정립의 크기가 3㎛ 이하이고 탄화물이 페라이트 기지내에 균일하게 분산된 미세구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세립 탄소강.
