Claims (6)
- 주유동공급용 송풍기(3)로부터 도입된 주유동 공기를 재생형 증발식 냉각기(2)의 건채널(31)에 순방향으로 통과시켜 급기시킴과 동시에 건채널(31)을 경유한 급기 공기의 일부를 추기공기흡입용 송풍기(4)의 송풍력에 의해 물과 접촉되는 습채널(33)에 역방향으로 통과시켜 추기공기를 얻도록한 재생형 증발식 냉방기에 있어서,상기 건채널(31)과 습채널(33)은 격판(36)에 의해 분리되고, 상기 건채널(31)내에는 유입된 공기의 흐름을 분배시켜서 건채널(31)의 열원을 격판(36)에 전달하는 냉각핀(32)을 설치하고, 상기 습채널(33)에는 냉각핀(32)을 통해 격판(36)으로 전달된 열을 빼앗아 습채널(33)내의 물 증발의 상승을 유도시키도록 냉각핀(34)을 더 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주유동공기의 출구측에 직접 증발식 패드(9)가 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 습채널(33)의 냉각핀(34)에 다수의 물구멍(35)을 물흐름방향에 대해 엇갈리게 배치하여 습채널(33)의 냉각핀(34) 표면에 물이 골고루 분포되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 재생형 증발식 냉각기(2)의 추기공기가 수직방향으로 유동하도록 습채널(33)을 수직적으로 배치하고, 습채널(33)의 상부에서 물을 공급하여 물이 중력에 의하여 아래 방향으로 유동하면서 냉각핀(34) 표면에 골고루 분포되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 습채널(33)의 추기공기 유동방향이 물이 분사되는 수직방향에 대하여 임의의 각도로 흐르도록 배치하고, 습채널(33)의 냉각핀(34)에는 물구멍(35)을 형성하여 습채널(33)의 냉각핀(34) 표면에 물이 골고루 분포되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 건채널(31)과 습채널(33)을 한 쌍으로 하여 모듈형태로 제작하고, 여러 모듈을 조합하고, 이들 모듈의 개수를 조절하여 증발식 냉각기의 용량을 조절할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 재생형 증발식 냉방기.
