Claims (3)
- 중량%로 C : 0.003% 이하, Si : 0.2% 이하, Mn : 0.3~0.8%, P : 0.03~0.10%, S : 0.008% 이하, N : 0.002% 이하, 산가용 Al : 0.02~0.1%, Zr : 0.07% 이하, Nb : 0.008% 이하, Mo : 0.1% 이하 및 잔부 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 조성되고,상기 조성에서 Zr함량은 6.5N% + 3S% + 7.6C% ≤Zr≤0.07 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉성 및 2차 가공취성에 대한 내성이 우수한 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제1항의 조성으로 이루어진 슬라브를 마무리 온도 910℃ 이상에서 열간압연하는 단계와;냉각하는 단계와;620~720℃로 권취하는 단계와;냉각 후 산세하는 단계와;77~82%의 압하율로 냉간압연하는 단계와;급속가열하여 850~870℃의 온도구간에서 30초 이상 유지한 다음 냉각하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉성 및 2차 가공취성에 대한 내성이 우수한 고강도 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계에서의 냉각속도는 log(냉각속도; ℃/초) ≤3.95 - 1.8(Mn% + 2.6Mo%)의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉성 및 2차 가공취성에 대한 내성이 우수한 고강도 냉연강판의 제조방법.
