Claims (5)
- 베이스상의 베어링부재에 회전가능하게 지지된 직선봉형상의 이송나사와,상기 이송나사에 나사결합되어 상기 이송나사의 정역회전에 의해 그 축선방향으로 왕복이동하는 너트부재와,상기 너트부재에 이송나사의 축선방향으로의 자유도를 가지고 결합되고, 상기 너트부재에 추종하여 변이함으로써 공작물을 반송하는 반송테이블과,구동펄스의 펄스수에 따라서 회전량을 제어할 수 있는 스테핑모터와,상기 스테핑모터의 회전력을 상기 이송나사에 전달하는 전동기구와,상기 너트부재와 반송테이블의 사이에 끼워 설치되고, 상기 반송테이블에 의한 공작물의 반송시에 이들 반송테이블과 너트부재를 탄력적으로 결합함으로써, 상기 반송테이블이 공작물의 반송단에 도달한 후에 상기 너트부재의 오버런을 가능하게 하여 상기 스테핑모터를 완충적으로 오버회전시킴과 아울러, 상기 반송테이블에 필요한 추력을 작용시키는 스프링수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스는 상면 개방의 홈형 단면을 보유하고 있고, 상기 홈의 중앙부를 상기 이송나사가 축선방향으로 뻗어 있고, 또, 상기 너트부재가 직사각 기둥형상을 하고 있으며, 상기 베이스의 홈 내를 이동하도록 이송나사에 결합되고, 또한 상기 반송테이블이 홈형 단면을 보유하고 있고, 상기 베이스의 상면에 너트부재를 덮음과 아울러 상기 베이스를 가이드로 하여 이동가능하게 되도록 배치되고, 상기 반송테이블과 상기 너트부재의 사이에 양자를 결합하는 연결부재가, 반송테이블 및 너트부재의 어느 한쪽에는 이송나사의 축선방향으로의 자유도를 가지고 결합함과 아울러, 다른쪽에는 이송나사의 축선과 직교하는 방향으로의 자유도를 가지고 결합하도록 끼워 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액추에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반송테이블의 양 측벽과 베이스의 양 홈벽의 사이에 복수의 전동가능한 볼로 이루어지는 리니어가이드기구가 끼워 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액추에이터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반송테이블은 축선방향의 적어도 일단측에 이송나사가 관통하는 스프링받이를 보유하고, 이 스프링받이와 상기 너트부재의 사이에 상기 스프링수단이 끼워 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반송테이블에, 공작물 반송단에서의 상기 반송테이블과 너트부재의 상대적 변이를 측정하기 위한 측정수단이 부설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액추에이터.
