Description
Claims (1)
- 섬유여재를 여과재로 사용하는 섬유줄과;중심부에 관통구가 형성되고, 관통구의 주변부에는 상기 섬유줄을 거는 섬유줄 지지대와 상기 섬유줄지지대에 걸린 섬유줄을 고정시키는 조임쇠가 형성되며, 외주변에는 원통형 상부반응조가 형성된 상부덮개와;상기 섬유줄을 거는 섬유줄 지지대와 상기 섬유줄지지대에 걸린 섬유줄을 고정시키는 조임쇠가 형성되며, 중심부에 암나사산이 형성된 분사대 지지나사가 형성되고, 외주변에는 상기 상부반응조와 밀폐식 슬라이드 결합되어 반응조를 형성시키는 원통형 하부반응조가 형성된 하부덮개와;상기 상부덮개의 관통구에 끼워지며, 상기 상부덮개에서 이탈되지 않도록 걸림부가 형성되고, 상기 상부덮개의 상측으로 관통된 부분의 외측에는 나사산이 형성되며 중심에는 암나사산이 형성된 걸림쇠와;외주변에 나사산이 형성된 파이프로서, 몸체부는 상기 걸림쇠의 암나사산에 나사결합으로 관통되고, 일측단부는 상기 하부덮개의 분사대 지지나사에 나사결합되면서 밀폐되며, 타측단부는 원수가 유입되는 유입구가 형성되고, 반응조에 내입된 부분의 외주변에는 유입된 원수를 분출시키는 분사공이 형성된 분사대와;상기 상부덮개의 상측에서 상기 걸림쇠에 나사결합되어 상기 상부덮개를 고정시키는 조임나사로; 구성되어유체의 입자상 물질 제거시에는 조임나사를 풀고 걸림쇠를 돌리면 상기 분사대와의 나사결합에 의해 상부덮개가 위로 이동하면서 섬유줄을 팽팽히 한 후, 다시 조임나사를 꽉 조으고, 상부덮개를 돌리면 섬유줄이 분사대에 밀착되어 꼬여 공극이 미세하게 되면 여과를 실시하고, 세정시에는 역순으로 상부덮개를 돌려 섬유줄의 꼬임을 풀고, 조임나사를 풀어 걸림쇠를 반대방향으로 돌리면 섬유줄이 늘어뜨려져 공극이 확대되어 입자상 물질을 쉽게 떨어내는 공극 조절여과장치.
