Claims (1)
- 가) 섬유여재를 섬유줄의 형태로 하여 여과재로 사용나) 섬유줄을 반응조의 덮개에 고정한 후 걸림쇠와 조임나사로 섬유줄간의 공극을 조절한다. 자세히 설명하면, 8)과 12)는 반응조의 상부·하부 덮개로 섬유줄 지지대와 조임쇠 및 분사대 지지나사로 구성된다. 반응조 상부 덮개는, 2)의 걸림쇠와 연결된 7)의 조임나사의 조절로 조여지거나 완화되면서 고정된 섬유줄로 조절된다. 2)와 7)부분을 자세히 설명하면, 2)는 "』" 모양(꺽쇠모양)의 걸림쇠로 반응조의 윗덮개 안쪽과 연결되어 7)의 조임나사의 조절로 섬유줄 간의 공극을 조절할 수 있다.다) 유체의 입자상 물질 제거시에는 먼저 3)과 5)의 섬유줄 지지대와 조임쇠로 섬유줄을 고정시키고 2)의 걸림쇠와 연결된 7)의 조임나사를 조여주어 섬유줄을 팽팽히 당겨주어 섬유줄 간의 간격을 좁혀 공극을 미세하게 하여 여과를 실시한다.라) 역세척(backwashing) 시에는 2)의 걸림쇠와 연결된 7)의 조임나사를 풀어주어 섬유줄을 느슨하게 늘어 뜨려 섬유줄 간의 간격을 넓혀 입자상 물질을 쉽게 떨어내어 역세척을 효과적으로 수행한다.
