Claims (3)
- 단일몸체의 냉각조와;상기 냉각조에 그 일면을 밀착한 채, 상호 인접하게 설치되는 복수개의 단위 열전소자와;상기 단위 열전소자의 갯수와 동일하게 제공되어 단위 열전소자의 타면과 접하며, 그 내부공간이 상호 연통된체 그 열결부위가 가스켓으로 수밀되는 복수개의 단위 방열조와;상기 각 단위 방열조의 방열수가 외부로 순환되도록 하며, 그 관로 상에 핀 타입의 방열기가 제공되는 방열수 순환관;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각장치의 수냉식 방열구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단위 열전소자 및 그 양측에 위치하는 냉각조와 단위 방열조를 견고하게 체결 지지하도록 한 쌍의 지지판재가 제공되며, 일측의 지지판재와 상기 단위 방열조 사이에 탄성체가 설치되어 상기 단위 열전소자와 단위 방열조 간의 접촉면이 항상 소정의 압력으로 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각장치의 수냉식 방열구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체는,판스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각장치의 수냉식 방열구조.
