Claims (7)
- 반응 생성물인 수소와 일산화탄소의 부식성 분위기에 노출된 버너에서 버너의 외부 표면이, 외부의 버너 표면을 따라 스팀의 비-부식성 분위기를 통과시킴으로써 보호되는 탄화수소 연료의 부분적 산화방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-부식성 분위기는 CO2, 질소 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분적 산화방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 연료는 스팀과 함께 연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분적 산화방법.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 스팀의 적어도 일부분은 비-부식성 분위기와 함께 탄화수소 연료에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분적 산화방법.
- 연료와 산화제를 공급하는 통로와 산화제와 함께 연료를 연소시키기 위한 오리피스를 외부의 금속표면 통로내에 포함하고, 버너의 외부 금속표면의 적어도 일부를 동심으로 간격을 두고 둘러싸고 있고 표면을 따라 스팀의 보호 분위기를 도입하고 통과하도록 개조한 벽을 포함하며 제 1 항에 따르는 반응 생성물인 수소와 일산화탄소의 부식성 분위기에 노출된, 산화제와 함께 탄화수소 연료를 부분적 산화시키기 위한 버너.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 벽은 내화성 라이닝에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
