Claims (6)
- 파워실린더(51)에 슬라이딩 가능한 제 1 끝을 가지는 로드부(11)와, 상기 로드부(11)의 제 2 끝에 설치된 접속부(12)와, 상기 접속부(12)를 개재하여 상기 로드부(11)와 접속되어 피니언(20)과 맞물리는 랙톱니를 가지는 랙부(13)를 가지는 파워조향장치의 랙바에 있어서,상기 로드부(11), 접속부(12), 랙부(13)는 연속적으로 구성되어 있으며,상기 로드부(11)의 적어도 일부 영역에 형성된 제 1 퀀칭영역과,상기 랙부(13)의 적어도 일부 영역부터 상기 접속부(12)의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 영역에까지 걸쳐서 연속적으로 형성된 제 2 퀀칭영역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙바.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로드부(11), 접속부(12), 랙부(13)는 단면이 중공형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 랙바.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 퀀칭영역의 경도는 각각 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 랙바.
- 파워실린더(50)에 슬라이딩 가능한 제 1 끝을 가지는 로드부(11)와, 상기 로드부(11)의 제 2 끝에 설치된 접속부(12)와, 상기 접속부(12)를 개재하여 상기 로드부(11)와 접속되고, 피니언(20)과 맞물리는 랙톱니를 가지는 랙부(13)를 가지는 파워조향장치의 랙바의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 로드부(11)의 적어도 일부 영역에 제 1 퀀칭처리를 실시하고,상기 랙부(13)의 적어도 일부 영역부터 상기 접속부(12)의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 영역에까지 걸쳐서 연속적으로 제 2 퀀칭처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙바의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 퀀칭처리의 조건은 각각 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 랙바의 제조방법.
