Claims (6)
- 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 터폴리머(ethylene propylene diene terpolymer; EPDM) 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 모노머(ethylene propylene monomer; EPM) 고무로 만들어진 자동차용 웨더스트립(weatherstrip)류의 동일 단면이나 이형단면을 스티렌계 열가소성 탄성체 40~95중량% 및 올레핀계 열가소성 플라스틱 5~60중량%의 블렌드물로 사출접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 고무와 열가소성 탄성체의 접착 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자동차용 웨더스트립류가 글래스 런 채널(Glass run channel), 도어 씰(Door seal), 트렁크 리드(trunk lid) 및 윈도우 쉴드(window shield)임을 특징으로 하는 고무와 열가소성 탄성체의 접착 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 열가소성 탄성체는 이중결합에 수소가 첨가된 H-SBR(hydrogenated styrene-butadiene rubber), SEPS(styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene) 공중합체 및 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌(styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene; SEBS) 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 고무와 열가소성 탄성체의 접착 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 열가소성 플라스틱은 폴리프로필렌(PP), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LLDPE), 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(EVA) 및 이들의 변성된 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 고무와 열가소성 탄성체의 접착 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 가교된 고무와 열가소성 탄성체의 접착 복합체.
