- 호박씨를 박피하여 물에 침지한 후 건져내어 물을 넣어가면서 마쇄하여 30-60분간 가열하여 영양성분을 추출한 다음 여과하여 감미료, 유화제 등을 넣고 살균, 포장하는 호박씨 음료 제조 방법
- 청구항1에서와 같은 방법으로 제조한 호박씨 여액에 두유를 1:1의 비로 혼합하고 이에 감미료, 유화제 등을 첨가하고 살균, 포장하는 호박씨 음료 제조 방법
