Claims (1)
- 안테나(ANT1)에 접속되어 수신 및 송신신호를 각각 대역통과시키는 듀플렉서(1)와, 상기 듀플렉서(1)로부터의 수신신호를 필터링, 증폭 및 검파부(18)에 의한 신호검파를 통해 수신하여 수신데이타(RX-D)를 출력하는 수신부와, 송신데이타(TX-D)를 변조한후 전력증폭부(23)에서 출력전력을 증폭함에 따라 송신처리하여 상기 듀플렉서(1)로 송신신호를 제공하는 송신부를 포함하는 무선송수신기에 있어서,수신감도를 판별하기 위해 기준전압(Vref)을 설정하는 기준전압설정부(30);상기 수신부의 검파부(18)로부터의 수신감도표시신호(RSSI)와 기준전압설정부(30)의 기준전압(Vref)을 비교하여 로직(하이레벨의 전압 또는 로우레벨의 전압)을 출력하는 비교기(31);상기 비교기(31)의 출력전압의 위상을 반전시키는 인버터(INT);상기 인버터(INT)의 출력에 따라 온/오프동작하는 다이오드(D1);상기 다이오드(D1)의 출력전압(VD0)과 사전에 설정된 음전압(Vneg)을 분압하여 송신부의 전력증폭부(23)의 게이트전압(VG)으로 제공하는 게이트전압조정부(33)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 수신감도에 따라 증폭 및 출력전력 제어기능을 구비한 무선송수신기.
