Claims (1)
- 상호간에 토크가 인가되는 제1축 및 제2축과, 상기 제1축과 상기 제2축의 표면에 걸쳐서 고착되고 제1축과 제2축과의 상대회전에 의해 생기는 제1축과 제2축 표면의 상대적인 변위에 대해 탄성변형하는 소자본체 및 이 소자본체에 지지되고 그 탄성변형에 의해 축방향의 경사가 변화하는 연자성을 갖는 윙을 포함하는 가동자성소자와, 이 가동자성소자의 상기 윙과 직경방향의 외측에 일정간격을 두고 배치되어 상기 윙의 상기 경사를 자기적으로 검출하는 코일과 이 코일의 외측에 설치된 요크를 구비하고 상기 윙의 경사에 의해 생기는 윙과 상기 요크와의 간격의 변화에 의해 생기는 상기 코일의 인덕턴스 변화를 검출함으로써 토크를 검출하는 토크검출장치.
