Abstract
PURPOSE: A far infrared ray radiator and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a radiator which emits far infrared rays with a high radiation efficiency and the anions simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared ray radiator is prepared by mixing 50-55 parts by weight of silicon oxide, 2-4 parts by weight of potassium oxide, 3-7 parts by weight of alumina, 15-25 parts by weight of borax, 10-20 parts by weight of sodium oxide and 3-7 parts by weight of calcium oxide for 30-60 min; inserting the mixture into a melting furnace and sintering it for 1-3 hours; cooling the sintered one rapidly; pulverized the cooled one; and adding 1-5 parts by weight of phosphate ore to the pulverized one and pulverizing the mixture.
