Claims (5)
- 황산화물(SOx), 질소산화물(NOx), 헬륨, 산소로 이루어진 모사 배기가스 또는 연소 후 실제 배기가스를 질량 유속 제어기(22)에 통과시켜 유량을 제어한 후 고압의 펄스 발생기(26)가 부착된 플라즈마 반응기(20)를 통과시켜 1차 정화시키고, 상기 플라즈마 반응기(20)를 통과한 배기 가스를 중앙에는 저압 수은 램프(10)가 장착되고 램프 외측으로 광촉매(12)가 코팅된 광촉매 반응기(14)를 통과시킴으로 2차 정화를 하고, 2차 정화를 한 배기 가스를 질소 산화물 분석기(16)와 황 산화물 분석기(18) 및 적외선 변환 분광기(24)를 통과시켜 처리된 농도와 반응물을 분석할 수 있도록 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질이나 탈황 또는 탈질/탈황의 동시 처리용 광촉매 반응/ 플라즈마 복합 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,플라즈마 반응기(20)는 스테인레스로 제작되어 벽면을 형성하고 좌우에는 테프론(28)으로 절연시켰으며 내측에는 텅스텐과 코발트(30)가 설치되어 펄스 발생기로부터 고압이 흐르게 하는 것으로 구성하여 배기 가스를 플라즈마 반응기(20) 내측으로 통과시키게 함으로 1차 정화를 시키는 것으로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질이나 탈황 또는 탈질/탈황의 동시 처리용 광촉매 반응/ 플라즈마 복합 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광촉매 반응기(14) 내측에 코팅된 광촉매(12)는 티타니아(TiO2)또는 혼합광촉매(니켈-티타니아, 철-티타니아, 몰리브데늄-티타니아, 나니오비움-티타니아, 실리카-티타니아, 구리-티타니아 혼합촉매, 백금담지 티타니아, 팔라듐담지 티타니아 등)를 사용하는 것으로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질이나 탈황 또는 탈질/탈황의 동시 처리용 광촉매 반응/ 플라즈마 복합 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서;플라즈마 반응기(20)를 광촉매 반응기 (14)의 앞에 또는 광촉매 반응기(14)의 뒤에 직/병렬로 설치할 수 있는 것으로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질이나 탈황 또는 탈질/탈황의 동시 처리용 광촉매 반응/ 플라즈마 복합 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서;광촉매 반응기(14)를 플라즈마 반응기(20)의 앞 혹은 뒤에 직/병렬 형태를 취할 수 있도록 설치할 수 있는 것으로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질이나 탈황 또는 탈질/탈황의 동시 처리용 광촉매 반응/ 플라즈마 복합 시스템.
