- ⅰ) 단백질 5∼98 중량%를 포함하는 폐기물 또는 부산물 20∼50 중량부와 알칼리 수용액 50∼80 중량부를 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 상압 또는 가압조건 하의 약 50∼200℃의 온도로 교반기에서 반응시켜 알칼리 가수분해 반응을 수행하는 단계를 수행하여 얻어지는 올리고펩타이드염 및/또는 아미노산염을 포함하는 혼합물 70∼77.5 중량부, ii) 망간, 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 카드뮴, 수은, 납 및 주석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속이온 수용액 15.5∼20.6 중량부 그리고 iii) 암모니아, 수산기 및 설페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 음이온을 포함하는 수용액 7∼9.3 중량부를 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 약 10∼70℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 단계에 따라 제조된 올리고펩타이드염 및/또는 아미노산염을 포함하는 혼합물을 이용한 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속이온은 질산화물, 염화물 또는 황산화물의 형태로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 설페이트를 포함하는 수용액은 5% 황산수용액이고, 상기 암모니아를 포함하는 수용액은 25% 암모니아수이고, 상기 수산기를 포함하는 수용액은 10% 수산화나트륨 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 살균제의 구조는 L-M-X (상기 구조식에서 L은 아미노산 배위자, M은 금속 X는 아미노산 이외의 배위자를 나타낸다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산 이외의 배위자가 암모니아, 수산기 및 설페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- ⅰ) 단백질 5∼98 중량%를 포함하는 폐기물 또는 부산물 20∼50 중량부와 알칼리 수용액 50∼80 중량부를 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 상압 또는 가압조건 하의 약 50∼200℃의 온도로 교반기에서 반응시켜 알칼리 가수분해 반응을 수행하는 단계를 수행하여 얻어지는 올리고펩타이드염 및/또는 아미노산염을 포함하는 혼합물 70∼77.5 중량부, ii) 망간, 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 카드뮴, 수은, 납 및 주석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속이온 수용액 15.5∼20.6 중량부 그리고 iii) 암모니아, 수산기 및 설페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 음이온을 포함하는 수용액 7∼9.3 중량부를 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 약 10∼70℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 단계를 수행하여 얻어지는 화합물을 상수, 도시하수, 산업폐수의 정화처리제, 담수 및 해수의 양어장의 정화처리제, 적조 및 녹조 지역의 정화처리제, 가정용 살균소독제, 병원성 미생물 및 조류를 제거하기 위한 미생물 제거제, 식물 종자 소독제, 페인트의 방부제 또는 식품의 소독제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단백질 5∼98 중롬%를 포함하는 폐기물 또는 부산물이 모피 또는 피혁 산업, 수산업 및 축산업 활동에서 얻어지는 폐기물 또는 부산물인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 i) 항에서 수행되는 알켠먕 가수분해 반응은 10% 수산화나팬륨 수용액 또는 10% 수산화켠륨 수용액을 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
- ⅰ) 단백질 5∼98 중롬%를 포함하는 폐기물 또는 부산물 20∼50 중롬부와 산 수용액 50∼80 중롬부를 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 상압 또는 가압조건 하의 약 50∼200℃의 온도로 교반기에서 반응시켜 산 가수분해 반응을 수행하는 단계를 수행하여 얻어지는 올먕고펩타이드염 및/또는 아미노산염을 포함하는 혼합물 70∼77.5 중롬부, ii) 망간, 크롬, 코발팬, 니켈, 구먕, 아연, 카드뮴, 수은, 납 및 주소으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속이온 수용액 15.5∼20.6 중롬부 그먕고 iii) 암모니아, 수산기 및 설페이팬로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 음이온을 포함하는 수용액 7∼9.3 중롬부를 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 약 10∼70℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 단계에 따라 제조된 올먕고펩타이드염 및/또는 아미노산염을 포함하는 혼합물을 이용한 살균제의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 i) 항에서 수행되는 산 가수분해 반응은 6N- 염산 수용액 또는 6N-황산 수용액을 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.
