- (i) 표면에 히드록실기를 가지는 기질, 티올기와 반응할 수 있는 금속 기질, 또는 주사슬 또는 측사슬에 반응성 관능기를 갖는 중합체 기질로부터 선택된 기질,(ii) 표면에 히드록실기를 가지는 다공성 산화물 또는 황화물에서 선택되는 분자체 입자,(iii) 한쪽 말단은 전술한 기질과 결합하고 다른쪽 말단은 전술한 분자체 입자와 결합하고 있는 연결 화합물에서 유래하는 연결사슬로 구성되며,전술한 기질, 연결사슬 및 분자체 사이의 결합은 공유결합, 이온결합 및/또는 배위결합에 의해 달성되고,전술한 연결사슬은 하기 화학식의 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 유기 연결화합물에서 유래하는 사슬 또는 이들 사슬이 연결된 사슬임을 특징으로 하는, 기질에 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사체를 단층 또는 다층으로 결합시킨 복합체.[화학식 1]Z-L-X[화학식 2]MR'4[화학식 3]R3Si-L-Y[화학식 4]HS-L-X[화학식 5]HS-L-SiR3[화학식 6]HS-L-Y(상기식들에서 Z는 R3Si 기 또는 이소시아네이트기이며, R은 서로 동일 또는 상이하며, 할로겐족 원소, C1-C4알콕시 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, L은 탄화수소 잔기로서 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C17알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, 이들은 하나 이상의 산소, 질소, 황 원자를 포함할 수 있으며, X는 할로겐, 이소시아네이트, 토실, 아자이드와 같은 반응성 작용기를 나타내며, 단 세 개의 R 중 적어도 하나는 할로겐 또는 알콕시기이고; R'는 서로 동일 또는 상이하고 R과 동일한 의미를 나타내며, 네 개의 R' 중 적어도 두 개는 할로겐 또는 알콕시기이고, M은 Si, Ti 또는 Zr이고; Y는 히드록실기, 티올기, 아민기, 암모늄기, 술폰기 및 이의 염, 카르복실산 및 이의 염, 산무수물, 에폭시기, 알데하이드기, 에스테르기, 아크릴기, 이소시아네이트기, 슈가 잔기, 이중결합, 삼중결합, 디엔, 디인(diyne), 알킬 포스핀, 알킬 아민에서 선택되는 유기 관능기 또는 리간드 교환을 할 수 있는 배위화합물의반응성 관능기를 나타내며, 단, 관능기는 말단 이외에도 연결화합물 내의 중간에 위치할 수도 있다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 기질은 다음: 1) 금속 및 비금속 원소들이 단독 또는 복합적으로 포함되어 있고 표면에 히드록실기를 가지는 산화물; 2) 티올기와 결합하여 -S-M 결합 (식중 M은 금속 원자임)을 형성할 수 있는 금속; 3) 표면에 반응성 관능기를 가지는 중합체; 4) 반도체; 5) 다공성 분자체; 6) 표면에 히드록실기를 가지는 천연 고분자로 구성된 군에서 선택되고;막형성 입자로서 사용되는 분자체들은 다음: 1) 천연 및 합성 제올라이트; 2) 제올라이트 골격의 실리콘 원소 전부 또는 일부를 다른 원소로 치환한 분자체; 3) 제올라이트 골격의 알루미늄 원소를 다른 원소로 일부 또는 전부 치환한 분자체; 4) 전술한 2) 및 3)의 분자체의 조합; 5) 다공성 금속 또는 실리콘 산화물 또는 복합 산화물; 6) 여러 가지 원소들을 단독 또는 복합적으로 사용하여 제조한 다공성 분자체 등으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 기질이 다음: 1) 실리콘, 알루미늄, 티탄, 주석, 인듐 등 각종 금속 및 비금속 원소들이 단독 또는 복합적으로 포함되어 있는 산화물로서, 석영, 운모, 유리, ITO 유리 (인듐주석산화물이 증착된 유리), 주석산화물(SnO2) 등 각종 전도성 유리, 실리카, 다공성 실리카, 알루미나, 다공성알루미나, 이산화티탄, 다공성 이산화티탄 또는 실리콘 웨이퍼과 같은 물질; 2) 금, 은, 동 또는 백금과 같은 금속; 3) PVC, 메리필드 펩타이드 수지; 4) 셀레늄화아연 (ZnSe), 비소화갈륨 (GaAs) 및 인화인듐 (InP)과 같은 반도체; 5) 천연 또는 합성 제올라이트 및 이의 유사체; 6) 셀룰로오스, 녹말 (아밀로오스 및 아밀로펙틴), 리그닌과 같은 천연 고분자로 구성된 군에서 선택되고; 또는막형성입자로서 사용되는 분자체들은 다음: 1) 천연 및 합성 제올라이트; 2) 제올라이트 골격의 실리콘 원소 전부 또는 일부를 다른 원소로 치환시킨, AlPO4계, SAPO계, MeAPO계 또는 MeAPSO계와 같은 분자체); 3) 제올라이트 골격의 알루미늄 원소를 보론(B), 갈륨(Ga) 또는 티탄(Ti) 에서 선택되는 다른 원소로 일부 또는 전부 치환한 분자체; 4) 전술한 2) 및 3)의 분자체의 조합; 5) 실리카라이트, MCM계 다공성 실리카, 다공성 이산화티탄, 이산화니오븀과 같은 복합 산화물; 6) 여러 가지 원소들을 단독 또는 복합적으로 사용하여 제조한 다공성 분자체로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제 1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 연결 화합물에서 유래하는 사슬은 풀러렌(C60, C70), 탄소나노관, α,ω-디알데하이드, 디카르복실산, 디카르복실산 무수물, 아민-덴드리머, 폴리에틸렌이민, α,ω-디아민, 착화합물 [M(salen)] (식 중에서, M은 Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Fe를 나타내고, salen은N,N'-비스(살리실리덴)에틸렌디아민을 나타냄), 금속 포르피린 등으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 중간 연결사슬을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- (i) 기질 또는 분자체와 연결 화합물을 반응시켜 (기질-연결화합물) 중간체 또는 (연결화합물-분자체) 중간체를 형성시키고,(ii) 상기 (기질-연결화합물) 중간체 또는 (연결화합물-분자체) 중간체를 분자체 또는 기질과 반응시켜 기질-연결화합물-분자체의 복합체를 형성시키고,(iii) 필요에 따라 소성시키는 것으로 구성되는 제 1 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체의 제조방법.
- (i) 기질, 분자체 및 연결 화합물을 혼합하고,(ii) 이들을 반응시켜 기질-연결화합물-분자체의 복합체를 형성시키고,(iii) 필요에 따라 소성시키는 것으로 구성된 제 1 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체의 제조방법.
- (i) 기질 및 연결 화합물을 반응시켜 (기질-연결화합물) 중간체를 제조하고,(ii) 분자체 및 연결 화합물을 반응시켜 (연결화합물-분자체) 중간체를 제조하고,(iii) 상기 제조된 (기질-연결화합물) 중간체 및 (연결화합물-분자체) 중간체를 다른 중간 연결 화합물의 존재 또는 비존재하에 반응시키고,(iv) 필요에 따라 소성시키는 것으로 구성된 제 1 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에따른 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 중간 연결 화합물이 풀러렌(C60, C70), 탄소나노관, α,ω-디알데하이드, 디카르복실산, 디카르복실산 무수물, 아민-덴드리머, 폴리에틸렌이민, α,ω-디아민, 착화합물 [M(salen)] (식 중에서, M은 Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Fe를 나타내고, salen은N,N'-비스(살리실리덴)에틸렌디아민을 나타냄), 금속 포르피린 등으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 내지 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 반복하거나 또는 이들 방법의 조합을 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 기질에 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사체를 다층으로 결합시킨, 제 1 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체의 제조방법.
