Claims (2)
- 연축전지의 양극판 성장 억제용 핫멜트 조성물을 구성함에 있어서, 분자량이 40,000∼80,000이고 연화점이 130∼170℃인 1-프로펜, 폴리머 위드 에텐(1-Propene, Polymer with Ethene) 60∼98 중량%, 석유수지내에 80% 이상의 수소를 첨가하여 분자구조상에서 2중 결합을 단일 결합으로 한 수지이며, 그 연화점이 120∼140℃가 되는 수소 첨가된 점착부여수지 1∼40 중량%와 분자량이 500∼3,000이고 연화점이 130∼150℃인 폴리프로필렌 왁스(Polypropylene Wax) 1∼10 중량%, MI가 1∼8인 스틸렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 블록 공중합체(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene Block Copolymer) 1∼10 중량%, 벤젠프로파노익산(Benzenpropanoic acid)계 1차 산화방지제 0.1∼1 중량%와 페놀 포스페이트(Phenol phosphite)계 2차 산화방지제 0.1∼1 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연축전지의 양극판 성장 억제용 핫멜트 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제의 용융점도가 3,000∼15,000cps(at 180℃)이고 연화점이 140∼170℃, 경도가 쇼아 A(SHORE A) TYPE으로 20℃에서 60∼80, 50℃에서 30∼60, 100℃에서 10∼30을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연축전지의 양극판 성장 억제용 핫멜트 접착제 조성물.
