- 서열 17에 기재된 염기 서열을 갖는 GnT- IV DNA.
- 서열 23에 기재된 염기 서열을 갖는 GnT- IV DNA.
- 서열 36에 기재된 염기 서열을 갖는 GnT- IV DNA.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 기재된 GnT- IV DNA를 벡터 DNA에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 기재된 GnT- IV DNA를 포함하는 염색체 단편.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 재조합 DNA를 포함하는 원핵세포, 동물세포, 효모세포, 진균 세포 또는 곤충 세포.
- 제 5항에 기재된 염색체 단편이 인위적으로 도입된 원핵세포, 동물 세포, 효모세포, 진균 세포 또는 곤충 세포.
- 제 6항에 기재된 원핵세포,동물세포,효모 세로, 진균 세포 또는 곤충 세포를 배지에 배양하여, 배양물로부터 GnT- IV 를 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GnT- IV의 제조법.
- 제 7항에 기재된 원핵세포, 동물세포, 효모세포, 진균 세포 또는 곤충세포를 배지에 배양하여, 배양물로부터 GnT- IV를 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GnT- IV의 제조법.

- GnT- IV의 효소 활성을 갖는 단백질을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 가지며 또 서열 24의 이하아 같은 하나 이상의 위치에 있는 아미노산이 결실, 부가 또는 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA:
- GnT- IV의 효소 활성을 갖는 단백질을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖고 상기 단백질의 아미노산 서열은 서열 24의 아미노산 서열과의 상동성이 96% 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 18의 아미노산 93 내지 383을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 18의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 24의 아미노산 번호 94 내지 383을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 24의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 37의 아미노산 번호 91 내지 548을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 서열 37의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 DNA가 동물 세포로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 기재된 GnT- IV DNA를 벡터 DNA에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 기재된 GnT- IV DNA를 포함하는 염색체 단편.
- 동물세포에 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 기재된 GnT- IV DNA 를 도입하여 상기 동물세포에 의해 생산되는 당단백질의 당쇄 분지구조를 변형시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제13항 및 제 14항중 어느 하나에 기재된 DNA에 의해 암호화되는 단리된 GnT- IV 효소.
- 생물 시료로부터 제 25항에 기재된 GnT- IV 효소를 정제하는 방법.
- GnT- IV 의 효소 활성을 갖는 단백질을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖고 상기 단백질의 아미노산 서열은 서열 18의 아미노산 서열과의 상동성이 96% 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA,
