Claims (2)
- 시스히터(10)를 탱크에 체결하기 위하여 저면에 체결나관(21)을 형성한 후랜지(20)의 체결공(22)을 형성시켜 시스히터(10)를 체결하고 용접하는 방법에 있어서,상기 후랜지(20) 저면에 체결나관(21)을 형성한 후랜지(20) 상단부에 일체로 돌출된 체결부(23)를 구성하되, 후랜지(20)와 연접부에 내향된 환홈(24)을 형성시켜 체결공(22)을 형성하는 후랜지를 구성시켜 체결공(22)에 시스히터(10)를 관통 결합하고.상기 후랜지(20) 상단의 체결부(23) 외주면의 가압면(25)을 심축 방향으로 360°외주면에서 압력을 가하여 상기 가압면(25)의 압착으로 체결부(23)가 압착 수축되면서 체결공(22)을 수축시켜 이에 체결된 시스히터(10) 외주면과 밀착하도록 체결함을 특징으로 하는 히터 체결방법.
