Claims (12)
- Ge-Ga-S계 유리에 희토류 원소인 Dy3+이 도핑되어 있고,상기 Ge-Ga-S계 유리에 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물 1 내지 20몰%가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물이 KBr, CsBr, KI 또는 CsI인 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물의 함량이 Ga의 함량과 동일하거나 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물이 KBr 또는 CsBr인 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ge-Ga-S계 유리에서 Ga의 함량이 10몰% 이상일 때, 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물의 함량이 Ga의 함량과 동일하거나 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물이 KI 또는 CsI인 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- Ge-Ga-As-S계 유리에 희토류 원소인 Dy3+이 도핑되어 있고,상기 Ge-Ga-As-S계 유리에 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물 1 내지 20몰%가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물이 KBr, CsBr, KI 또는 CsI인 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물의 함량이 Ga의 함량과 동일하거나 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물이 KBr 또는 CsBr인 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Ge-Ga-As-S계 유리에서 Ga의 함량이 10 몰% 이상일 때, 알칼리 금속-할로겐화물의 함량이 Ga의 함량과 동일하거나 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭기용 광섬유.
