Abstract

본 발명은 건축구조물에 사용되는 스틸스터드의 외부에 타일이 부착되는 타일부착용 보드에 있어서, 단열과 함께 타일을 부착할 수 있는 타일부착용 단열보드를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 건축구조물에 사용되는 스틸스터드의 측면에 부착되는 단열보드에 있어서, 마감재가 삽입되는 홈이 형성된 바탕재를 포함하며, 상기 바탕재에 형성된 홈에는 마감재가 삽입되고 접착제에 의해 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드가 제공된다.

Description

스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드
본 발명은 스틸스터드에 부착되는 단열보드에 관한 것이며, 특히, 단열과 함께 타일을 부착할 수 있는 타일부착용 단열보드에 관한 것이다.
최근 형강으로 건축되는 건축구조물 및 빌딩 등이 증가하고 있다.
건축구조물을 형강으로 건축하면 시공성과 경제성 등에서 많은 장점이 있기때문이다.
기존의 구조물은 기둥을 세우고, 벽체를 벽돌이나 시멘트블록 등으로 작업자의 수작업에 의해 건축되었기 때문에 건축구조물의 시공속도가 느리며, 경제성에서도 떨어졌다.
그러나, 형강을 이용하는 건축구조물의 경우에는 공장에서 제조된 제품을 조립하여 건축물을 시공함으로써, 시공속도가 빠르고 이에 따라 경제성 또한 향상된다. 이러한 건축물에는 수요자의 요구에 따라 건축구조물의 벽체에 벽돌 또는 타일을 부착하는 경우가 있다.
도 1은 종래의 스틸스터드에 타일이 부착된 상태를 나타낸 단면도가 도시되어 있다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 스틸스터드(1)와, 스틸스터드(1)의 좌우측면에 부착되는 바탕재와, 벽체의 외부에 부착되는 마감재를 포함한다.
스틸스터드(1)는 ㄷ자형상을 가지며, 두께는 0.8mm ~ 1.2mm인 강 구조물이다.
바탕재는 일반적으로 합판과 시멘트 보드(4) 및 석고보드(2)를 사용하며, 스틸스터드의 좌우면에 부착된다.
그리고 마감재는 벽돌 또는 타일(5)로서, 상기 바탕재의 우측면에 부착된다.
스틸스터드(1)의 좌측에는 석고보드(2)가 부착되고, 스틸스터드(2)의 우측면에는 단열을 위하여 단열보드(3)가 부착된다.
또한 단열보드(3)의 우측면에는 시멘트 보드(4)가 타일(5)과의 결합재로서부착되고, 시멘트 보드(4)의 우측면에는 타일(5)이 부착된다.
그러나 시멘트 보드(4)는 고가이며, 따라서 건축비용이 많이 소요되고, 단열보드(3)에 시멘트 보드(4)를 부착하고 타일(5)을 부착함으로써, 작업의 효율성이 떨어진다는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 앞서 설명한 바와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제공된 것으로서, 단열과 함께 타일을 부착할 수 있는 타일부착용 단열보드를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
도 1은 종래의 기술에 따른 스틸스터드에 타일이 부착된 상태를 나타낸 단면도이고,
도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 타일부착용 단열보드가 설치된 상태를 나타낸 단면도이며,
도 3은 도 2에 도시된 타일부착용 단열보드의 단면도이다.
♠ 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명 ♠

앞서 설명한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따르면, 건축구조물에 사용되는 스틸스터드의 측면에 부착되는 단열보드에 있어서, 마감재가 삽입되는 홈이 형성된 바탕재를 포함하며, 상기 바탕재에 형성된 홈에는 마감재가 삽입되고 접착제에 의해 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드가 제공된다.
아래에서, 본 발명에 따른 타일부착용 단열보드의 양호한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조로 하여 상세히 설명하겠다.
도면에서, 도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 타일부착용 단열보드가 설치된 상태를 나타낸 단면도이며, 도 3은 도 2에 도시된 타일부착용 단열보드의 단면도이다.
도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, ㄷ자형상으로 굴절된 스틸스터드(1)와,스틸스터드(1)와 접하는 바탕재 및, 스틸스터드(1)의 우측면에 형성된 마감재를 포함한다.
스틸스터드(1)는 ㄷ자 형태로 굴절되어 있으며, 이러한 스틸스터드(1)의 좌우측면에는 바탕재가 부착된다.
바탕재는 석고보드(2)와 단열보드(33)가 사용되며, 스틸스터드(1)의 좌측에 석고보드(2)가 부착되고, 우측에 단열보드(33)가 부착된다.
한편 단열보드(33)에는 부착하고자 하는 타일(5)의 폭만큼의 홈(20)이 등 간격으로 형성되어 있으며, 이런 홈(20)은 단열보드(33)의 길이방향으로 뻗어있다.
그리고 이 홈(20)에 타일(5)을 끼우고 접착제를 사용하여 타일(5)을 홈(20)에 부착한다.
단열보드(33)의 재질은 타일(5)과 접착성을 좋게 하기 위하여 밀도가 높은 압축 폴리에스틸렌계의 스티로폴을 사용하는 것이 양호하다.
그리고 마지막으로 타일(5)과 타일(5)사이에 백색시멘트 등으로 줄눈(9)을 형성시킨다.
앞서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드는 고가의 시멘트 보드를 사용하지 않고도 마감재를 부착함으로써, 경제성 및 작업의 효율성이 향상된다는 장점이 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드에 대한 기술사상을 첨부도면과 함께 서술하였지만, 이는 본 발명의 가장 양호한 실시예를 예시적으로 설명한 것이지 본 발명을 한정하는 것은 아니다. 또한, 이 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자이면 누구나 본 발명의 기술사상의 범주를 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변형 및 모방이 가능함은 명백한 사실이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 건축구조물의 벽체를 이루는 스틸스터드가 벽체의 길이방향을 따라 일렬로 배치된 상태에서 상기 건축구조물의 외벽이 되는 스틸스터드의 측면에 고정되는 단열보드에 있어서,
    상기 건축구조물의 외벽이 되는 상기 단열보드의 일측면에는 마감재가 삽입되어 부착될 수 있도록 횡방향으로 형성된 다수 개의 홈이 평행하게 종방향으로 배열되고 상기 홈에 삽입된 마감재는 접착제에 의해 홈의 내부에 부착 고정되며, 상기 단열보드의 타측면은 상기 일렬로 배열된 스틸스터드의 측면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틸스터드에 부착되는 타일부착용 단열보드.
