Claims (4)
- 양식기를 제작하는 스테인레스틸의 금속제품에 있어서,코팅하고자 하는 금속제품(1) 표면에 샌드블라스팅, 화학적 에칭, 전기화학적 에칭을 각각 하거나 순차적 또는 반복적으로 하며 표면처리한 후 일차적으로 하부금속층(2)을 코팅하고 그 상부에 이차적으로 간섭코팅층인 금속산화물 코팅층(3)를 코팅하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식용 발색제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,하부금속을(2)은 Ti, Al, Cr, Ni, Zr 등의 단일 또는 혼합금속층으로 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식용 발색제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,금속산화물 코팅은(3)은 50 ∼ 1000㎜ 의 투명 박막으로서 및의 간섭효과를 이용하여 장식효과를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식용 발색 제조 방법.
- 제l항 및 제3항에 있어서,금속산화물 코팅층(3)의 투명박막이 각종 금속의 산화물로서 가시광선 영역에서 50% 이상의 투과도를 나타내는 물질임을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 장식용발색제조방법.
