Claims (2)
- 오존발생장치 몸체내부에 중공형태의 접지전극파이프가 구비되고, 이 접지전극파이프내부에 오존방전관이 삽입되며, 상기 접지전극파이프의 외측에는 냉각수가 순환되는 냉각실이 구비된 오존발생장치에 있어서,상기 냉각실(105)과 상기 오존방전관(109) 사이에는 세라믹 또는 석영유리재질의 유전체(108)가 삽입되고, 상기 산소간의 접촉을 원활히 하고 일종의 보조전극 및 방열재의 역할을 하도록 상기 유전체(108)와 상기 접지전극파이프(102)사이에는 외부와형코일(110)을 삽입하고, 상기 유전체(108)와 상기 오존방전관(109)사이에는 내부와형코일(111)을 삽입하여 2중으로 방전되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴 고농도 오존발생장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오존방전관(109)에 인가되는 전압은 4-9kV이며, 인가되는 주파수는 1500-3000Hz로 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴 고농도 오존발생장치.
