Claims (3)
- 압축기의 하우징(9) 상부에 설치되고 압축기 토출실의 토출구(7)에서 토출되는 냉매가스로부터 오일을 분리하는 오일 분리실(1)과,상기 압축기의 하우징(9) 하부에 형성되고 상기 오일 분리실(1)에서 회수된 오일을 저장하는, 바닥에 오목하게 요입형성된 집유부(集油部)(4)를 갖는 오일 저장실(3)과,상기 압축기 하우징(9)의 측면에 형성되어 상기 오일 분리실(1)에 회수된 오일을 상기 오일 저장실(3)로 유도하는 오일 회수로(2)와,상기 오일 저장실(3)을 상기 집유부(4)를 통하여 압축기 크랭크실(8)에 연결하여 상기 집유부(4)에 모아진 오일이 차압에 의해 크랭크실(8)로 반환되게 하는 오일 공급로(5)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일 분리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일 공급로(5)의 입구(32)는 상기 오일 회수로(2)의 출구(31)보다 낮게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 오일 저장실(3)의 집유부(4) 상부에는 상기 오일 공급로(2)의 오일 저장실(3)측 입구(32)보다 높게 위치하는 오일 필터(6)가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일 분리기.
