Claims (5)
- 오목 섹션과 볼록 섹션의 결합면에 다이캐스트용 금형의 캐비티와 연통하는 꾸불꾸불한 형태의 가스 배출 통로가 형성되어 있는 칠 벤트로서,상기 가스 배출 통로는 칠 벤트의 오목 섹션 및 볼록 섹션 각각에 대하여 그 폭 방향 전역에 걸쳐 형성되어 있으며, 오목 섹션 및 볼록 섹션을 각각 동 또는 동 합금으로 제작한 것을 특징으로 하는 칠 벤트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칠 벤트의 오목 섹션 및 볼록 섹션은 각각 상기 가스 배출 통로 부분에 인접한 배면 및 양측면을 포함하며, 이들 표면은 U형의 경질 가이드 프레임에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 칠 벤트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 U형의 가이드 프레임을 SKD61로 제작한 것을 특징으로 하는 칠 벤트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.15∼2.0 질량%의 Be와, 1.0∼6.0 질량%의 Ni 및 0.1∼0.6 질량%의 Co로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 종(種)을 함유하고, 잔부는 Cu 및 불가피 불순물로 구성된 동 합금으로 제작되는 통로부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칠 벤트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칠 벤트 소재로서의 동 합금은 0.2∼2.0 질량%의 Al 및 0.2∼0.7 질량%의 Mg로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 한 종 또는 두 종을 추가로 함유하는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칠 벤트.
