합성수지를 유기용제에 용해한것에 각종 색상 안료를 배합한 인쇄잉크로 투명 기판(1)의 배면에 실크스크린 인쇄방법으로 다양한 색상의 칼라무늬 인쇄층(2)을 형성하여 칼라무늬 인조 대리석을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 투명기판(1)은 투명한 유리, 아크릴수지 판 또는 폴리카보네이트수지판중에서 선택되고 상기 칼라무늬 인쇄층(2)의 인쇄잉크는 불소수지인 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVDF)에 골고루 분산될 만큼 양의 안료를 분산시킨것으로 하고 유기용제로는 메틸에틸케톤(MEK)이나 메틸이소부틸케톤(MIBK)중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 사용하며, 상기 투명기판(1)과 인쇄층(2)과의 사이에는 불소수지인 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드에 보강충전제로 200∼500메쉬 크기의 실리카(Sio2)나 규사분(석분)중 어느한 가지를 전체 중량에 대하여 1∼10%범위로 첨가하고 자외선 흡수제로서 디페닐∼P-메톡시벤질리딘말로네이트(DP-P-MBDMT)를 전체중량에 대하여 0.2-0.5%를 첨가하여 혼련교반한것을 프라이머층(하도층)(3)으로 형성한후 그 배면에 상기 인쇄층(2)을 인쇄한 다음 120∼250℃범위의 터널로(爐)내를 경화가 완료될 때까지 서서히 통과시켜 열 경화시킨 다음 상기 인쇄층(2)배면에 백색 폴리우레탄수지를 도포하여 인쇄층 보호막(4)을 형성하고 상기 인쇄층 보호막(4)배면에는 파편보호층(P)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 칼라무늬 인조대리석의 제조방법.In the production of colored patterned artificial marble by forming colored patterned printing layers (2) of various colors on the back of the transparent substrate (1) by printing ink in which synthetic resins are dissolved in an organic solvent and various color pigments are formed on the back of the transparent substrate (1).
