Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 외부로부터 입사하는 빛의 투과를 억제하여 표시를 실행하는 표시패널과,조작 스위치부를 구비하여 적어도 조명을 필요로 하는 부분이 실질적으로 빛을 투과시키는 조작패널과,상기 표시패널 및 상기 조작패널의 각 이면 측에 배치되어 상기 표시패널 및 상기 조작패널의 쌍방에 빛을 조사하는 일체의 일렉트로루미네센스 패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 표시패널의 이면 전체가 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널에 접착제를 통해 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 접착제 속에 안료가 분산 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 표시패널과 상기 조작패널에 전기접속된 가소성회로기판을 구비하고, 해당 가소성회로기판은 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널의 이면에 접착제를 통해 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널은 가소성을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널은 형광체의 미분말을 유전체 속에 분산시켜 되는 일렉트로 루미네센스층을 한 쌍의 전극으로 협지하여 형성되며 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스층은 상기 표시패널과 상기 조작 스위치에 대응하는 영역에 선택적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 표시패널은 각각의 표면에 전극이 형성된 한 쌍의 전극기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 되는 액정표시패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자 기기.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 액정표시패널에 있어서 한 쌍의 상기 전극기판은 가소성 필름 위에 전극을 형성한 가소성전극기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널은 형광체의 미분말을 유전체 속에 분산시켜 되는 일렉트로 루미네센스층을 적어도 한쪽이 투명하고 각각의 대향면에 전극을 형성한 한 쌍의 기판사이에 협지하여 형성되어 투명한 한쪽의 전극기판의 표면 또는 이면의 소정 영역에 소망의 파장광을 투과시키는 색조정층을 선택적으로 설치하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전자기기는 휴대전화기인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 복수의 조작스위치를 구비하여 적어도 조명을 필요로 하는 부분이 실질적으로 빛을 투과시키는 조작패널과,상기 조작패널의 이면 측에 배치되어 일렉트로 루미네센스층을 한쪽이 투명하여 각각의 대향면에 전극을 형성한 한 쌍의 기판사이에 협지하여 형성되어 되는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널 부착 전자기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널은 투명한 한쪽의 전극기판의 표면 또는 이면의 소정 영역에 소망의 파장광을 투과시키는 색조정층을 선택적으로 설치하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
- 일렉트로 루미네센스층을 적어도 한쪽이 투명하고 각각의 대향면에 전극을 형성한 한 쌍의 기판사이에 협지하여 되는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널과,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널의 투명기판의 표면의 소정 영역에 배치되어 각각에 전극을 설치한 한 쌍의 전극기판사이에 액정을 봉입하여 되고 액정분자의 배향을 변화시킴으로서 빛의 투과를 제어하여 표시를 실행하는 액정표시패널과,상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널의 표면의 상기 소정 영역 이외의 영역에 형성되어 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널로부터의 조사광에 의해 표시를 실행하는 일렉트로루미네센스표시부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네센스 패널부착 전자기기.
