Claims (3)
- Zn, Co, Mg, Mn, Cd, Ca 중 2종이상이 공침 또는 코팅되어 있는 구형 Ni(OH)2분말을 Y의 염의 수용액과 몰비 Y/Ni = 0.001~0.013가 되도록 혼합하여 교반하는 공정과, 이 교반된 혼합물에 pH 9~12의 범위내에서 20~30wt%의 알칼리수 용액을 서서히 적하시켜 Ni(OH)2표면에 Y(OH)3를 석출하는 공정과, 상기 Y(OH)3가 코팅된 Ni(OH)2를 여과, 수세, 건조하는 후처리 공정으로 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 2차전지의 양극슬러리 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리수용액의 양은 Ni(OH)2표면에 코팅하고자 하는 Y 이온의 몰수가 Ni 이온에 대해 0.1∼1.0mol%가 되도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 2차전지의 양극슬러리 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Y 대신에 Yb임을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 2차전지의 양극슬러리 제조방법.
